I oso Gotten into the Christmas Choir. and practice is every sat at 11am... Rings a Bell? Which means i have to leave C.O. at around break tym to go to church... means i'll have to talk to Ms Lim about it... blur me...
Yea ok and first of all, I wanted that, christians are always being looked at, always being commented for their actions. I am not saying or scolding anyone, but its true. why is this so? Thats cause we serve a God we are Proud of. we want to show the world how great God is. And we are showing him through ourselves. The reason Being that some other christians still behave like wad Tagger Eyedropr said is because, 1) It's a habit to them already. 2)They are still not getting right with God
But even so, God still LOVES them and he is willing to forgive if they ask for it. I rmb a tym when a guest speaker's sermon which says that, when his daughter runs towards him, and then she would jump towards him and he would catch her and embrace her... so in this scenario, as the daughter jumps up and clings onto him, he will also do the same. Why? Because, if he doesn't catch hold of his daughter as she jumps and clings onto him, she will fall down. Do you think she has enough strength to cling onto her dad? Its the same with God and us. Whenever we turn and run towards him, do you think he will juz let us cling onto him and not do anything about it? NO!!! he would also embrace us and catch us... its God's strength that supports us, same as the guest speaker which was only by his strength that his daughter is able to be carried and supported by him if not she will fall. Many a times we turn from God, and feel that God is not there. However wad we do not noe is, God is still carrying us, but we juz do not want to hang on to him.
You may ask, why is God so stubborn not to let those who sin go? Reason being, God LOVES us!!! His love is SO great that no matter how many times we broken his heart, he still forgives us.
Also to eyedropr, hi. i dunnoe who you are. but i think the term "convince" used here is not very good. i dunnoe about it but somehow or rather it is not a good term to be used. yea and i also dunnoe how i can "convince" you if you dunnoe who am i. but if you look closely at into my life, i can say that i have changed. Leon, rmb Mr Liu's words? Small things Matters. Wad you guys are looking for are big changes. but even so, do you look at the small changes? In the bible it says, no matter wad sin you make, Murder or even lying, its still sin and should be judged equally. so i believe no matter wad, you shld oso lookout for little changes in the lives of christians.
And no matter how much we say to "convince" you, as long as the heart is cold, you still wun turn to Christ. Am i wrong to say that? It also takes alittle time for christians to really change their sinful habits. If you use vulgarities like so very often, can you stop saying it the next day? I noe how difficult it was because i used to say it like water flowing out of my mouth. After i got serious with God, it took me 3weeks of prayer to completely stop saying vulgarities. Thats the change in my life God has help me through, and normally do ppl like you see it? ok do you even notice it? And one last thing, God still loves you and he's still waiting for your salvation now. God loves you.
